There are no upfront fees. We provide onboarding, photography, and listing setup. Optional upgrades (like staging or smart lock installation) may have one-time fees if you want it.

Fill out the form on our website or call us directly. Tell us about your property — location, size, whether it's furnished, etc.

Step 2: Property Evaluation & Revenue Projection

We’ll schedule a free site visit or virtual walkthrough. Our team will assess your home and provide a detailed revenue projection based on local Airbnb/Vrbo data and past performance from similar listings.

Step 3: Onboarding & Agreement

Once you’re ready to move forward, we’ll sign a short-term rental management agreement. This includes all services — listing setup, guest handling, maintenance, and more.
